What if a mental health service felt more like an exhale than a checklist?
Wellnest is a conceptual platform that integrates therapy, physical rhythms, and AI into a gentle wellness experience. Designed with nervous-system awareness at its core, it helps users and therapists track sleep, cycle, stress, and subtle shifts — supporting not just mental health, but emotional clarity and embodied care.
Wellnest is a digital platform that bridges mental health support with whole-person wellness. Using AI, intuitive design, and a calming experience to guide users through their care journey.
Designing for the Whole Person
Traditional therapy often asks, “How are you feeling?” but not always, “What’s your body been holding lately?”
Wellnest at its core supports mental health, but with a deeper lens. By allowing users to share physical health data like sleep, cycle, movement, and cortisol levels, Wellnest empowers both the individual and their therapist to spot patterns, surface insights, and hold space for the full picture.
